Air Velocity Probe
Specifications:
Range: 30 to 200 fpm
Accuracy: 3% of full scale
Measure the speed of air through HEPA filters, laminar flow benches, and filtered workstations. The typical airflow through HEPA filters is 100 feet per minute (fpm) so the PSI AV probe is ideally suited for this application. Connects to the MET ONE models 2100C, 2400/80, and 3300. Displays the air velocity in feet/minute. Overall length of the probe is 17" and comes with a 15' cable. |

Filter Scanning Probe

For the model 3300 only the probe without electronics is available
Designed for taking particle counts for HEPA and ULPA filter surfaces. Fan shape with 4" opening samples a larger surface area than standard probes. LED and built-in beeper indicate detection of particles. Beep alarm mode allows for a beep per particle or per increments of any value set in the counter. Set at every 10, 100, or 1000, etc. particles. Also available without the electronic interface. |

High Pressure Diffuser (HPD)
Specifications:
Minimum pressure: 50 PSI
Maximum pressure: 150 PSI
Material: Stainless steel
Allows for the testing of pressurized gasses*. When connected in line (see illustration) the HPD drops input pressure to approximately ambient at the particle counter's appropriate flow rate. Excess pressure is vented through the HPD's side port. Pressure fittings are VCR#4 (Swagelok®). Visit the Swagelok website for pressure fittings to match your system or contact Technical Support, 800-866-7889, +1 541-472-6500. *To use gasses other than air or nitrogen, modifications to the particle counter are necessary. Please consult the factory. |

Designed to provide representative air samples in laminar (non-turbulent) air flows. In laminar air, position the probe to face into the air stream. In turbulent air, position the probe to face up toward the ceiling. Made from nickel-plated aluminum. Stainless steel versions available for some models.

Purge Filters
Connect to the sample inlet of particle counters in place of sample tubing. Provides some back pressure that helps keep the counter clean. Also verifies proper counter function.
With the filter in place, in the absence of particles, the counter should display zero counts. The time required for the counter to display zero counts varies with the clean room class where the counter is used. Replacing the isokinetic probe with a purge filter enables verification of the cleanliness of the sample tubing.
When moving particle counters from one area to another, it is recommended that the purge filter be applied to the counter and zero counts be verified. This assures that there will be no cross contamination from one area to another. |

Relative Humidity and Temperature Probe
Model 227 Specifications:
Temperature: 0°F to 100°F(+/- 3.00°F Accuracy at 77°F)
Relative Humidity: 10% to 100%(+/- 10% Accuracy)
Provides reference temperature and relative humidity readings. When connected to the counter readings appear on the display and register in the serial data record.
