The HACH LANGE certification relates to HACH LANGE BÜHLER Automatic Wastewater Sampler Models 4010 to 4013, 4210 to 4213, 4410 to 4413 in addition to the samplers installed in Models 4110 to 4123 Small Measuring Stations and Model 6010 Large Measuring Station.

The Measuring Stations offer the facility to include continuous water quality monitoring in addition to a range of sampling options.

Commenting on this achievement, the company’s Ian Smith says “Our range of stationary samplers are extremely popular because of their flexibility – a wide range of dosing heads helps to ensure that we are able to supply the best sampler for every application. Process Authorisations stipulate that MCERTS equipment shall be used where available and customers are therefore delighted that our samplers are now certified.”

MCERTS is the Environment Agency’s monitoring certification scheme. It provides a framework for environmental monitoring covering releases to air, water and land.

The HACH LANGE certification falls under the category of Continuous Water Monitoring Equipment and confirms that the products listed above (with a refrigeration option) are suitable for use on applications for compliance with the Urban Wastewater Treatment Regulations.
